Self-Defense & Pepper Spray Training
Self-defence is a countermeasure that involves defending the health and well-being of oneself from harm. Having self-defence skills is becoming more and more important to people. Self Defence techniques, applied accurately, are unquestionably the best way of ridding yourself of an aggressor promptly. Be prepared, you never know when you might need to defend yourself.
This course comprises of self-defence practical training with a hands-on approach. Training is provided in a relaxed but structured manner. Dress comfortably, as you will probably work up a bit of a sweat.

What is Pepper Spray:
Pepper spray (also known as capsicum spray) is a chemical compound that irritates the eyes, often used in self-defence. The inflammatory effects cause the eyes to close, taking away vision, allowing the victim of an attack an opportunity to escape. It also causes temporary discomfort and burning of the lungs which causes shortness of breath.
Pepper spray is one of the most widely used nonlethal self-defence agents in the world.
